Introduction

March and September 2002, SOL team members Roberto Carniel and Marco Fulle undertook expeditions to Montserrat, West Indies, with Jürgen Neuberg (Locko for friends) and his team of volcanologists. The aim was to install a broadband seismic station of the MULTIMO project. In September dry weather facilitated observations. All times are local (GMT - 4hr). Photos are by M.
