View from Gypsum Hill towards White Glacier (far left), Thompson Glacier (centre) and Thompson Glacier's push moraine (right). Although the images were taken under very different lighting conditions (1977 around midnight, 2008 before noon), changes in the glaciers can easily be identified: White Glacier has receeded considerably wehereas Thompson has advance so mach that the push moraine in 2008 reaches outside the right image margin. Despite its advance, Thomspon Glacier is thinning.
