La Brecha de Roland (2807 m.a.s.l.) is a well-known mountain pass on the border between Spain and France. On its northern side a small glacier existed, which in 2000 still had a surface area of 3 ha. By 2012 only very small amounts of dead ice were left, the glacier has esssentially disappeared.
