May-June 2010: Low Activity

In May and June 2010, Marco Fulle led VolcanoDiscovery groups on Pizzo with Magmatrek local guides. The activity, in general, was low with scoria being ejected to heights of 100m at most. Guides reported that on some evenings no explosions were observed at all. However, very warm Scirocco weather allowed a very clear view of the crater terrace.
